Cantaloupe and Chicken Salad

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 TBSP chopped chive
1/4 TSP salt
5 cups cubed cantaloupe
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup green or red seedless grapes halved
1 medium cucumber sliced

Stir dressing and other ingredients together. Serve immediately or chilled for no more than 24 hours.
